This could be to support change and growth in their own personal emotional, spiritual, financial or career areas of their lives, or in their relating as a couple.
Aurora the founder of Inside Out Wellbeing provides coaching and emotional practitioner services for individuals and couples and is a facilitator for a variety of group trainings.
Her background includes 16 years in senior roles with major corporate organisations in the IT sector. Yet her passion for people development has taken her on an adventure of learning, growth and travel and she brings her vast experience to her private practice and trainings.
